Pretty in pink (headband) (10.24.14)

Because people are always asking "boy or girl?" I decided to clear up the issue by buying Evra some headbands.  She looks super cute in them!

Evra rolled!! (10.21.14)

Today marked the first of many firsts to come: Evra rolled for the first time today!  We were doing some tummy time on her play mat, and all of a sudden, she was no longer on her tummy!  We thought maybe it was a fluke, so we put her back on her tummy, and she rolled again.  She proceeded to do this at least five more times, to the extreme delight of her parents.  =)  We, of course, captured the moments in photo and video to share with everyone!  Please note, Evra is not yet an "ambi-turner;" she has only figured out how to roll to her right...

Wearing Grandma's sweater! (10.20.14)

With the coming of fall and the arrival of cooler weather, Evra has been able to break out a little bit of her new wardrobe.  Today she tried out the new sweater that Grandma Jane made for her.  (Thanks, Grandma!!)  Isn't it (and she!) so cute!?!

Trip to NASA! (10.18.14)

In celebration of NASA's 75th anniversary, the Ames Research Center was opened to the public for visiting.  Thanks to Vimal, we were able to get tickets to take Evra to see all of the buildings and learn about NASA.  She is already way ahead of her time; she seemed to understand everything that the researchers were saying...  =)

As always, Evra was so excited that she slept through most of the visit...

Trip to the pumpkin patch! (10.17.14)

Evra and I had an outing to Lemos Farms this afternoon for a visit to the pumpkin patch.  While I'm sure that she will enjoy this more when she gets a bit older, we had a great time with Auntie K and Ailia.  And there were some amazing photo opportunities!
