Our home-base for most of our time in Portugal is a small city called Alvor, in southern Portugal, very close to the ocean. During our time here, however, we have been exploring small cities/beaches around the area. Today we went to Lagos, a "larger" town to the west of Alvor. It was a very quaint, cute little town with cobblestone streets and sidewalks that were a nightmare for Evra's stroller... But beautiful, none-the-less!
Beautiful beach!
Photo ops with Evs!!
Part of the old city wall in Lagos.
Tasty lunch place in Lagos. Thank goodness for Grandma's internet service, or we would never have known where to eat or how to get around anywhere in Portugal!
Random churches and streets in Lagos.
Strolling...
Beautiful buildings!
Evs trying on Daddy's new hat! She was not a fan...
After exploring the city, we went closer to the coast to Farol da Ponta da Piedade, a beautiful area with rock cliffs, caves, grottoes, and arches galore!
Lucky for us, there were stairs down to the bottom! It was still not easy carrying Evra!
