Still hanging out around the house... (9.16.14)

Going on our first walk around the neighborhood!

Meeting Auntie Jen!

Hanging out with Mace and daddy...

Hanging out around the house (9.15.14)

Spending our first day at home!

Mason didn't have much difficulty adjusting to Evra being in the house...

Loving the Rock-n-Play!

Visiting with cousin Ailia (Ailia gave Evra the toys.  Don't worry; she doesn't sleep with stuffed animals in her crib!)

Going home! (9.14.14)

After a few days in the NICU, we were able to go home!  Very excited, yet nervous at the same time...

She was very excited to be in her car seat...

 Happy family - going home!

In the car on the way home.  Her pants were ENORMOUS on her.  I guess she is still a bit too small for 3 month clothes!

NICU days (9.11-9.14.14)

Due to differences between mom's blood and Evra's blood, Evra ended up in the NICU for a few days after birth (due to jaundice, or high bilirubin levels).  It was difficult, as we weren't able to hold her very often (only 30 minutes for feeding every 3 hours), but everyone took amazing care of her while she was there.

Looking yellow... (but check out the heart imprint on her cheek!)

Hanging out under the bili lights in the NICU.  The shades were sweet!

Precious moments spent out from underneath the lights...

Daddy time!

Happy birthday, Evra!! (9.10.14)

Happy Birthday, Evra Kathleen Spiegel!  After approximately 11 hours of labor, our beautiful baby daughter arrived screaming in to this world.  Weight was 6lb 0oz, length 19 inches.  Total cuteness. Our lives will never be the same...

Getting the once over by the NICU team right after arrival (due to meconium present in the amniotic fluid and mom's nervousness...)

With mommy and Auntie K!

Proud new parents!

Getting her weight checked.  (Mom won the bet on how much Evra would weigh!)

Footprints!

Getting her bath.  Evra wasn't too fond of bath time...

My wonderful support team during labor!  Evra is so loved already!!
