Happy 8 months to our sweet, adorable, happy, wonderful little girl!!
I can't believe that she is already 2/3 of a year old! Time flies. (Yes, I say this every time, but I just can't get over how fast Evra seems to be growing up!). She makes every single day happy, new, and exciting. I can't believe how much joy she has brought in to our lives! She seems to be changing every day, and making new developments all of the time. I wish time would slow down; but at the same time, I can't wait to see what the next month brings!
- Going on runs with Mommy and Daddy.
- Bath time.
- Reading books.
- Sitting on Daddy's shoulders.
- Eating food.
Dislikes:
- Being tired.
- Poopy diapers.
Evra's favorites!
- Word: Bababababa. She used to have to make this sound by putting her arm in her mouth. Now she makes it all by herself!
- Food: Sweet potatoes. And puffs/Mum-Mums (they are all the rage right now...)
- Toy: Lovie.
- Family member: Mason (Evra is always staring at him and her face lights up when he walks in the room!).
Skills:
- Sitting without any toppling!
- Getting from a sitting to a lying position (but not yet the other way around, which makes Evra a little bit angry...).
- Sleeping through the night!!!!!!!!! (Obviously, this one is very exciting for Mommy and Daddy...)
- Smiling and giggling (we try everything we can to get Evra to giggle, because it is literally the best thing in the world!)
- Grabbing and putting everything in her mouth...
Eight month milestones:
- Eating lots of solid foods. Now also moving on to non-pureed foods! (The list is way too long to keep track of now...)
- Sleeping through the night. It's worth mentioning twice...
