Today Evra celebrated her three month birthday!
It is so incredibly difficult to believe how fast the time is flying by. We have had difficult times throughout the past month, but more than anything, we have had amazing, fun times with our not-so-little bundle of joy! It is crazy how fast Evra is growing and developing. She is literally changing before our eyes on a daily basis. Here is a list of her likes, dislikes, and developments over the past month...
Likes:
- Early morning stroller rides. Or stroller rides at any time during the day...
- Reading books. She really is starting to look at the pictures and listen to us reading to her!
- Playing on her play mat. She still enjoys the lights/music the most, but she is starting to reach and grab for some of the hanging toys!
- Music of any kind.
- Listening to Mommy sing lullabies at night.
- Playing with her rattles (and toys that make music/have lights).
- Bath time!
- Hanging out in the ErgoBaby.
- Blowing bubbles.
- Smiling!!
Dislikes:
Check out her "name tag!" She was being very fussy that night...
- Bottles. Evra doesn't just dislike bottles; she hates them. If you want to hear her scream bloody murder, try giving her a bottle...
- Poopy diapers.
Angry baby...
Skills:
- Cooing and babbling.
- Smiles that take up her entire face!
- Sucking on her fingers.
- Improving head control. She can now support herself on her forearms when doing tummy time!
- Starting to reach and grab for objects.
- Blowing spit bubbles.
- Explosive poops.
Three month milestones:
- First flight!
- Met four great-grandparents, ten great-aunts and great-uncles, and countless cousins.
- First visit to the beach.
- Grew out of 0-3 month clothes and now on to 3 month outfits.
- Development of a double chin and an enormous belly...
- Officially slept for over 7 hours at night! (Though not yet consistently doing so...)
