First visit to the pool! (12.7.14)

Thanks to our Spiegel family vacation down to San Diego, the weather was nice enough for Evra to have her first visit to the pool today!  While it was still a bit too cool for Evra to go swimming, she was able to dip her toes in the pool a few times.  At first she didn't seem to know what to think, but seemed to enjoy it after a while.  And it helped that she had a whole gaggle of admirers to cheer her on!  Thanks to Nana for the adorable new swim suit and matching cover-up!

Because Daddy needs an occasion for shaving, let's call it the beginning of December.  He obviously needed my help, since he can never shave on his own accord.  Way to go, Dad.  Way to go...

Parm and Greggy came to visit! (11.30.14)

Auntie Emily and Greg came to visit on their way back from New Zealand.  Greg didn't want to hold me (because he's lame), so I didn't put him in the blog.  Parm was cool though.  She taught me a couple of sweet dance moves, how to shake my new rattle ball, and a few "very scientific" science lessons.  We played Ticket to Ride too!

Go Blue!! (11.29.14)

Evra in all of her Michigan gear, cheering on the Wolverines during "The Game" against Ohio State.  Unfortunately, the outcome was not how Evra and Mommy hoped that it would be.  Sigh...  But we enjoyed three quarters of a good football game...

Happy Thanksgiving! (11.27.14)

Evra celebrating her first ever Turkey Day (though she didn't really get to experience the turkey part, since Mommy doesn't eat meat...).  We have been blessed to be able to spend the holiday season with both sides of the family (Nana and Dodo made it out here to California for Thanksgiving!).  Mike and I are so incredibly thankful for our little (but growing so fast!) bundle of joy and our growing family.  Thanks to everyone for all of your love and support as we embark on this amazing (but stressful and tiring, at times) adventure!
