Trying out the BOB stroller... (10.7.14)
After some struggling, I was able to successfully put together the new BOB stroller (thank you, Nana and Dodo!!). Evra went out in her first trip in the new stroller. It was deluxe - complete with shocks, brakes, and inept drivers...
She was just trying it out without the car seat, but, don't worry! Her actual trip in the BOB was with her car seat safely installed...

Our little pterodactyl... (10.4.14)
Evra makes lots (and I mean lots) of strange noises. Our favorite is her squeaking that sounds almost identical to what we think a pterodactyl would sound like. It's amazing how loud of a noise can come from such a small person! It's ironic that she has a couple of cute dinosaur outfits, so we had to capture her in this one (with lots of her different facial expressions!).
It's exhausting being so expressive... Time for a nap!

Family fun!
Evra has been so lucky to have lots of family members around over the past two weeks. Here are a few gems from our time together!
Visiting with Uncle Sam in the NICU.
With cousin Ailia (practicing for her baby sister coming in February!!!).
With Grandpa Charlie.
With Grandma Jane.
Both grandmas at the same time!! Evra is so lucky!!
With Dodo and Nana.
The Huffman clan! (Though Ailia was not super excited about the picture...)
With Auntie K, cousin Ailia, and Dodo!
Our two babies!! Mason is adjusting well and even becoming a bit protective. He voluntarily laid down beside Evra in her chair (which, for those who know him, is very uncharacteristic of Mason...)

Around the world bunnies!! (10.2.14)
Playing on the gorgeous quilt made by Aunt Sharon (aka: Auntie Sha). Isn't it beautiful! Evra was having lots of fun (and Mommy was having a ball taking all of the cute pictures!!)
Pictures of Aunt Sharon making the quilt (all by hand!?!) during her literal trip around the world. The blanket is full of love (and full of culture from traveling around the world)!

Naming ceremony (10.1.14)
This morning, Evra had her Jewish naming ceremony at Beth Jacob synagogue in Redwood City. Her Hebrew name is Eliana Baila, meaning "God has answered our prayers." Pretty fitting. Evra was a doll during the ceremony, didn't even make a peep. Here are some pictures from her naming ceremony in her adorable new outfit (thanks to Grandma Jane and Grandpa Charlie)!
Hanging out after the ceremony.
Taking pictures with the family!
Katie, Phil, and Ailia came to support us!
Ailia really enjoyed the breakfast afterwards...
Evra was exhausted after a long morning...
