Advent gifts! (12.3.15)

Evra opening up her first Advent gift (delayed due to our travels to Portugal...).  She was definitely more excited about the wrapping paper than the actual gift...

Evra loves headbands!!!

... Not so much...

Going down the slide!

Back to Lisbon! (12.1.15)

Grandma and Grandpa headed back to the US today, and Mike, Evra, and I explored Lisbon for one more day.  We spent most of the day exploring the Alfama region of Lisbon and the Castelo de Sao Jorge.

Entrance to the castle.

Evra messing with Daddy's sunglasses!

View of the city from the top of the castle!

Love this series of pictures!  Such a happy little girl!!

Playing with the cannon.

City views.

Hanging out at the castle!

Love, love, LOVE!

Probably by favorite part of the entire trip.  Evra fell asleep in the carrier and cuddled with me for almost an hour and a half.  I was in heaven...

Evora (11.29.15)

Today we left Algarve (the southern part of Portugal) and traveled up to the central part of Portugal to visit a small city called Evora.  It was beautiful.  And fun, because the city name is (obviously) very similar to Evra's.  We had some adventures with pictures around the city...

Evra wasn't too excited to actually sit on the statue...

... but things were better when Daddy held her!

The view from right outside our hotel.  We stayed in an old, converted monastery (you can see it on the left side of the picture, the white and stone building).  It was so neat!

View of Evora city from the plaza.

Evora's cathedral.

Success?  Fail?  Not sure.  But entertaining, none-the-less!

Haha.  Major fail.  And Evra wasn't too happy about it, either...

Success!

Hanging out with Daddy!

Fun times with Grandma!

More fun with Evra/Evora!

We just couldn't resist!!
